Lizzie's Graduation
Lizzie just graduated from the University Of Wisconsin, and her mom requested a cake bearing the university's crest. To compare my creation to the original, go to www.wisc.edu
The cake is Red Velvet with Caramel Cream Cheese Filling, covered in Swiss Buttercream.
